Our Building
The Birmingham Temple is located on a pleasant wooded campus in a quiet section of Farmington Hills, Michigan. Most services take place in our Meeting Room, which seats 325. Our Family Room is used for High Holiday services and for major social and educational events. It can be set up with table seating for as many as 220 guests, or 550 without tables. We have two well-stocked libraries, one for adults and one for children.

Our single-story, light-filled building includes several halls and smaller rooms suitable for weddings, receptions, concerts, recitals, lectures and other gatherings, both large and small. All are wheelchair accessible with convenient on-site parking. For outdoor events, there is a large patio adjacent to the building with a Playscape, built by members, close by.

We invite you to consider the Birmingham Temple when planning your next event. We have a fully equipped on-site kitchen with catering provided by either Fiddler’s restaurant or Amaryllis Catering. Our facilities are available for members and non-members alike, and people of all faiths are welcome.

Burial and Memorial Facilities
The Temple maintains a Memorial Garden adjacent to the building. Members may purchase listings on the Memorial Wall for departed loved ones. Visitors are welcome to stop at the Memorial Wall year-round. The Temple holds a memorial service during the High Holidays.

Birmingham Temple members also may purchase burial lots through the Temple at the Beth El Memorial Park on Six Mile Road in Livonia.
